Hello Joe,I swapped out some from a '71 parts car and put them into a '73. I
don't recall the disc you mention on either car.
BTW The after market new rubber I got for the nut side are useless. They
perish within a year.B

Subject: [stag] Wiper Wheel Box Spacer
Hi Guys,
I am replacing the Wiper Wheel Box's 37H7084 on my Stag and when I removed
the old ones, there is a 5mm thick rubber disc under the dash. It has an
outer diameter of about 30mm, inner is 15mm, fits over the base of the body
and is now fairly hard.
The Stag Manual and spares web sites do not show it. I would have thought,
other than the wiper side gaskets. Any rubber would stop the wheel box from
doing up tight
So is it mean to be there?
Thanks,
Joe Mizzi
