Sujit,
The Flange is attached to the Quill Shaft by a nut on a taper.
The Quill shaft rides on its own bearing inside the suspension frame.
Typically once you remove the nut and washer, a few light taps of a hammer and the flange comes right off the quill shaft.
The Quill shaft comes out the rear side after you unbolt the differential from the suspension frame.
Always replace the quill shaft bearing AND the ddifferential front seal when taking things apart.
Have a look at the breakdown from the TriumphStag.net web site Technical Area.
